guilling jelly-龟苓膏

the cooking skill of guilling jelly same with normal jelly
but need spend more time to cook it.
1. prepare 2 pot
2. 1 pot use to cook the brown sugar, mangosteen (罗汉果) , 5 cup water
3. another pot is use to stir the guilling powder and add 5 cup water until smoothly
4. when the 1st pot boiled, put the guilling powder into the pot and mix together...cont stir..
5. stir and wait boil
* dont wait guilling jelly cold..it will bcum piece by piece..
